Course Weights 

It may not be obvious, but the grade is actually counted based on total points. So (points earned divided by total points possible) x 100 =  final percentage grade. The categories are not weighted by percentages. The category is weighted because there are more points available in a category. This means 1 point on the final has the same weight as 1 point on a lab, which has the same weight as 1 point on an explore. This is not calculated like the atomic mass. It is not a weighted average. 

Academic Integrity- what you should or should not use for answers in discussions or constructed response questions

Advice for how to use artificial intelligence software. 

Students will not earn full credit for assignments if Ms. Getz cannot tell that independent thought was used. If you trick her into giving you full credit, "yay" for you. It would be best if you still learned how to think for yourself.
